But whatever you do, I recommend moving and stretching at least a little bit every single day, stretching, doing 5 pushups, whatever you can do. Circulation is incredibly important for our bodies to operate correctly! (Always check with your doctor and understand your own limits to stay safe!)
Sometimes I’ll just turn on some music and “do stuff” to move my body, whatever it is.
